Thobe Or Jubah

What is Thobe?

Thobe is one kind of dress which is worn during prayer time or any other occasions. It weared by muslim man. It’s also called Jubah in some regine around the world.

How to wear the thobe?

Itis most appropriate to wear modest, loose-fitting clothes. For Men, it is better to be wear a long with white pants. 

Mostof the Muslims accept that for men everything between the novel and the knee is

awrah (the parts of the body which must be covered with clothing ) and

therefore be covered all the time. 

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 26:

 O ye children of Adam! We have bestowed clothing upon you to cover your shame as well as to be an adornment to you; but the clothing of taqwa (piety, righteousness, etc.) that is the best. Such are among the Signs of Allah that they may receive admonition!

According to the Quran, both men and women should dress in ways that are halal (permissible) throughout their lives. According to the traditional view in Sunni Islam, men must cover from their belly buttons to their knees
